Process Excellence: At Bravens we follow a unique approach of aligning the Six Sigma Methodology with CMMI. The entire development process is mapped to the five stages of the Six Sigma Methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). It has stringent toll gate reviews at each stage. Also, the DMAIC framework is used to improve capability of our processes. This ensures robust design, minimal re-work and on-time delivery of the product.

Infrastructure: Bravens offers state of the art infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service, continuous process improvements and a highly secure environment. We are BS779 information security compliant and HIPAA network security compliant organization.
